1. Acceptance of Terms
By using Tidy's mobile applications, website, or backend APIs, your organization agrees to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are accepting on behalf of an enterprise or restaurant chain, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity.
2. User Roles & Account Responsibilities
Tidy provides role-based accounts (Owner, Manager, Staff). Each employee account is tied to an authorized mobile number. Organizations are responsible for managing access permissions for their branch locations and terminating access for departed staff.
3. Verifiable Proof of Work & Fair Use
Users must submit authentic evidence of task completion. Attempting to bypass verification checks, spoof photos, upload unlawful content, or tamper with immutable audit logs constitutes grounds for immediate suspension.
4. Software License & App Sideloading
The Tidy mobile application APK is provided for authorized store devices. Organizations may install and distribute the official release APK across corporate and store-owned tablets and phones.
5. Limitation of Liability
Tidy is provided on an "as-is" operational platform basis. While we strive for high uptime and offline-first resiliency, we are not liable for incidental business interruptions resulting from local ISP outages or store hardware failures.
