• Authentication Information: Verified mobile phone numbers and temporary SMS OTP tokens used to secure employee and manager logins.
• Operational Records: Task checklist completion statuses, shift timestamps, blocker reports, and notes.
• Photo Proof Evidence: Camera snapshots captured by frontline staff to demonstrate compliance with hygiene, food safety, and opening/closing checklists.
• Device & Network Context: Device IP address, app build version, and minimal diagnostic logs for sync reliability.

3. Tenant Data Scoping & Security

All organizational records, locations, tasks, and uploaded photos are strictly tenant-isolated. Staff and managers can only access operational records for their authorized store branches under role-based access control (RBAC). We never sell or share store data with third-party advertisers.

4. Data Retention

Audit trail logs and evidence photos are retained as required by store compliance standards and tenant subscription agreements. Store owners may request data export or account closure by contacting our administrative desk.
